4. Erasure of data and duration of storage
Your personal data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purposes it was collected and processed for. Once the purpose has ceased to exist, the data will be deleted unless storage is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. Legal obligations arise for us in particular from tax and commercial law, as well as from other laws. For example, we must store accounting data such as order and payment data or business correspondence for 10 years or 6 years, depending on the applicable regulations under tax and commercial law.
